Statutory Functions OfficerCPL have partnered with Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) to recruit for a Statutory Functions Officer (PTO Grade) to join their team on a temporary contract, with possibility of extension.·Pay Rate - £15.21 per/hr·Location – DfI Roads, Mid and East Antrim Section ·Benefits – 37 days holiday per annum·Hours – 37 hours per weekResponsibilities will include:The SFO manages utility works on behalf of the Department, the role includes:·Manage Utility applications through the Northern Ireland Street Works Register and Notification System.·Includes various inspections of works and carriageway/footway reinstatements.·Manage Temporary Traffic Management applications through online Temporary Traffic Regulations system.Essential Experience/Qualifications·A BTEC Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering or Building Studies or a degree in Civil Engineering. AND ·Applicant must have availability of a car and a current driving licence.Relevant or Equivalent Qualifications Applications will also be considered from applicants with relevant formal qualifications considered to be of an equivalent or higher standard to those stated. Relevant or equivalent qualifications: give the type of qualification and date awarded (the date awarded is the date on which you were notified of your result by the official awarding body).
