Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a healthcare contract based in Birmingham
The successful candidate will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Mechanical/ Commercial plant equipment. They must have a full working knowledge of AHU's, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
Duties for the Engineer (Not limited to)

• Carrying out PPM's and reactive work
• Testing and Fault Finding
• Experience with FCU's, VAV systems, Air Handling Units and Air Conditioning
• Completing repairs, maintenance and installs of ducts
• A good understanding of L8 and water systems
• Complete work sheets and compliance paperwork
• Carry out pipework's and plumbing repairs when required
• Installation work when required

Desirable Qualifications

• C&G Engineer/Maintenance levels 1-3
• C&G Mechanical Engineering levels 1-3
• Equivalent NVQ accepted

A level of security would be required should you be successful.
