Static Maintenance Engineer

Due to an internal transfer, we are currently looking for a Static Building Maintenance Engineer The Static Building Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to land lord and tenant areas within a large commercial office in Central London You must be able to liaise with the end customers, liaise with the Management team and support team, whilst also managing sub contractors on site. This will include issuing RAMS, organising access and supervision throughout Ideal candidate will come from a building maintenance background or have worked on installation and moved into building maintenance, with at least 5 years previous on site experience Knowledge of plant rooms, chorifiers, chillers, pumps, motors is essential Must be fully qualified electrically to 18th edition (17th edition considered, providing you are working towards 18th edition certification) This is a great business to work for, with a real family feel supported by a larger business There is room for development and progression within the business For more details please call Liam Hargate at Coyles
