Standalone HR BP

I am currently supporting a leading boutique. established Fintech standalone HR Manager for their growing London office to support global growth.
This role due to the size of the business would suit an experienced HR BP looking to take the step up. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they go through a significant period of growth and development and you as the standalone HR professional will be able to grow with the business. It is essential you are from a Financial Services background due to the environment for this role.
You will be tasked daily with:
Assisting with the growth of the business during both M&A and organic growth
Partnering SLT with all queries
Building policies and procedures for this business
Managing the employee cycle from cradle to grave
Managing the payroll process (c50 employees)
