Stakeholder Engagement - Engagement Relationship ManagerSouth Yorkshire - Home Based ( Travel across South Yorkshire)About Our ClientA not for profit and professional services organisationJob DescriptionAs a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist, you will help to deliver value to members and increase membership engagement. You will help to raise the profile of the organisation via visiting clients, helping organise events and engaging with the members.ResponsibilitiesTo help raise the profile of the organisation work with potential future members, and stakeholders and this will include reaching out to non-engaged members and stakeholders.To continually identify opportunities to widen existing networks and relationships and raise visibility as a point of contact with local members, member firms and stakeholders.Be the local relationship lead and work in partnership with the regional team and local active volunteers to support the delivery of a member focused activity plan.Be the day-to-day point of contact for the administration of the operational aspects of the regional member engagement and activity plan, collaborating with colleagues and local volunteer member groups.Work in collaboration with the Regions Marketing Team to support the promotion of activities and events, across all channels and via relationship networks. This will include posting relevant and engaging content on appropriate channels.The Successful ApplicantAs a Stakeholder Relationship Executive you will be strong at being proactive and networking across south Yorkshire.You must have previously worked with a relationship/ stakeholder management role- Public Sector, Professional Services, accountancy, charity or not for profit. You will need to commercially minded and be proactive in developing relationshipsExcellent relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain strong local/regional connections.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.Experience of event organising, planning (inc. budgets) & delivery (virtual & physical formats).Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.An understanding and experience of digital communication channels, social media and networks.An understanding of the professional services/accountancy/finance sector is desirable and an interest in current/economic affairs and the ability to align strategies with sector-specific trends and challenges.A problem solver who shows initiative and is a critical thinker. The ability to conduct independent research, propose innovative solutions and shows a proactive approach to addressing issues.***Note - you must be flexible to travel and hold a full, clean driving licence (plus have access to a vehicle) **.You must be located in the South Yorkshire area and be willing to travel across the region & further afield if required as the is a home/ field-based role.Please apply ASAP as this is an urgent role.This website has app functionality.
