ROLE OVERVIEW:
The opportunity exists for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Event Executive (Operations) to join the Performance54 team, to support the execution of the company’s international portfolio of professional Tour events. The candidate will be responsible for operational management of onsite delivery, ensuring consistent quality and supporting stakeholders to make every event a success.
The desired candidate would have event experience and possess an understanding of the professional event ecosystem, have strong personal motivation, and be comfortable working both supervised and unsupervised. The candidate should enjoy traveling and be comfortable spending time away from home to deliver world-class events, while working as part of a team.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supporting in the delivery of essential details of an event, supported by Performance54 Management team, the candidate must be comfortable executing a variety of tasks:
Support the planning and management of onsite Health and Safety
Compile operational insurance information for the event
Ensure a clean, safety compliant environment is maintained
Assist with planning the course evacuation procedure
Coordinate visas and ops team travel schedules
Understand and assist with operations shipping information
Assist in managing the volunteer programme
Plan and coordinate event traffic and parking
Assist with any and all required event permits
Plan and manage event security and accreditation
Plan and manage event medical resources
Plan and manage event radio communication
Assist in scheduling and managing temporary event staff
Assist with plant and build scheduling
Liaise with contractors
DESIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Be an excellent communicator and team player
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong budgeting skills
Ability to use project management software such as Monday.com.
Comfortable talking to stakeholders at all levels
Valid driver’s licence.
Forklift (or similar plant) licence would be an advantage.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary £25,000 - £30,000
