This is an opportunity for a product leader to make their mark on the critical and emerging category of carbon accounting and management. We’re looking for someone who has proven they can “turn ambiguity into clarity” and who has conviction about effective systems and processes to ensure the right products and features are delivered at the right time.We’re proud of the products we’ve created so far and have earned the trust and respect of large enterprises who are serious about accurately measuring and reducing their emissions, particularly in their large and complex supply chains. You will build upon this strength to help the largest emitters measure and drive down their emissions.The work you will do:Understand and crystalise customer’s evolving needs, particularly as government regulations increase.Contribute towards and help clarify our evolving product vision, and own translating into to a realistic product roadmap.Own, drive support, and make trade-offs on a living product roadmap.Develop best-in-class systems for identifying, articulating, and delivering feature sets that deliver value to our customers in a rapidly changing market.Drive product strategy sessions with customers, team mates and partners to develop longer term product roadmap.Foster healthy cross-functional relationships with our carbon accounting, sales, marketing, customer success and engineer teams.Own daily product management responsibilities such as defining features, writing user stories and making priorisation decisionsWhat you’ll need:At least 5 years experience in B2B SaaS product management.To have worked in a small start up before, and to have a good sense of the limitations this imposes and the trade-offs involved.Interest and evidence of ability to grow into a functional leader, or experience directly leading a function.Ability to derive insights from data to support new bets; and the combination of customer feel and courage to chart a course even when data fidelity is low.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams.Communicate concisely, influences outcomes, and messages crisply.We believe successful product managers contain a unique set of soft skills and you'll need to bring them all in this role - empathy, intuition, ability to read between the lines and understand and communicate nuance, and a track record of "selling" your ideas to gain buy-in.Passion for our mission. Salary - £80,000-£100,000.00
Location - London - 7 Harp Ln, London, EC3R 6DPHybrid working - We require the successful candidate to come in to the office 2-3 days per week. As always Emitwise offer flexibility and anything else can be discussed with the management team. Interview process - 45 minute intro call with our CTO and CEO,
3 x 1 hour
technical interviews with the wider Emitwise team and if successful, 1 hour culture/values interview. More information on each stage will be given in the intro call.
