Staff Nurse

As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you would be:

• Creating and assessing personalised care plans
• Delivering safe nursing care, including medication administration, dressing changes, and managing residents' medical conditions
• Collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the necessary medical and clinical support
• Building strong relationships with residents and their families
