As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. Your Responsibilities:• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.• Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.Requirements:• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024.• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.• Excellent English communication skills.What We Offer:• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.• Starting Salary of up to ?£33,719, based on dialysis experience.• Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours• Opportunities for internal development and career progression.• Holidays on Christmas and New Year's Day.• Life Assurance, Peppy, We Care, Company Pension.• Referral scheme paying up to ?£1,000.Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.You must be able to work clinically in a renal setting.Why Choose Diaverum?We're committed to nurturing your career and providing top-tier training.
