MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a modern private hospital in Cranbrook for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their inpatients team. You will be a valued member of the team, where you will be supported to develop new skills within multiple specialisms through on-site training. This client cares not only for their patients but their staff too, offering flexible hours and work/life balance.
Duties of the Role Include ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures. You will ensure that all areas are safe, fit for purpose and effectively managed while delivering high standards of care. Your skills will be required to supervise and mentor junior members of the team to achieve their workplace competencies.
The right candidate -

• Must have an NMC pin
• Post Registration Experience
• Must have Strong Communication Skills
• Excellent Planning and Problem-Solving Skills
