Working with a leading tech & data company as part of an innovative team working on customer journey building and managing legacy estates. This is a permanent role based in Peterborough with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:
Raise the bar for engineering excellence across your domain, fostering alignment and best practices.
Develop short to medium-term strategies, designing roadmaps for evolving our products and services.
Provide guidance on service delivery, collaborating with fellow engineers and reducing complexity.
Advocate for engineering excellence, contributing to company-wide standards and processes.
Drive adoption of standards and processes across the organization, providing technical input into planning.
Take a risk-based approach to decision-making, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Experience:
Experience with all/most of the tech stacks mentioned above
Strong ability to deal with high volumes of data
Must have great soft skills and ability to work across the business, dealing with non-technical stakeholders
Experience leading engineering teams towards a shared technical vision.
Proven track record in making architectural decisions that meet customer and commercial needs.
Strong influencer and negotiator, adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in building scalable platforms (front and back end) to ensure great customer experiences.
Advocate of lean principles, with a passion for research and development.
Active learner, staying abreast of industry developments.
