Vendor Business Development / Program Manager - ISV Sales Engagement Time zone Lead
We are actively seeking a dynamic Vendor Business Development / Program Manager to drive strategic projects focused on ISV co-sell sales engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, particularly from working on projects within Microsoft and the OCP / GPS organization. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a trusted advisor in collaboration with ISV Partners and Microsoft, aiming to manage a pipeline of customer opportunities and champion joint solutions and sales plays.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Develop, maintain, and execute strategies to drive co-sell initiatives with ISVs in the specific region.
Measurement and Reporting:
Create a comprehensive pipeline view encompassing both companies, providing insights and analytics.
Communication:
Conduct weekly meetings to update stakeholders on project status and distribute weekly communications.
Presentations and Reviews:
Prepare impactful presentations and lead reviews with the team and stakeholders.
Tracking and Communication:
Monitor and communicate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies with various teams.
Risk Management:
Identify and track risks, issues, action items, and project decisions.
Required Experience / Qualifications:
Prior Microsoft Experience:
Demonstrated experience working within Microsoft is essential (either as an FTE or Contractor).
Influential Leadership:
Ability to influence and manage effectively in ambiguous situations while thriving in independent work settings.
Executive Maturity/Presence:
Possess executive-level maturity and presence.
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with a proven ability to accomplish complex tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Technology Acumen:
Experience in products and services, with a preference for familiarity with Red Hat. Ability to understand and communicate technical ideas to a diverse audience.
Executive Communications:
Strong skills in executive communications, including crafting impactful decks, emails, and speeches.
Collaboration:
Exceptional collaboration capabilities across multiple levels.
Location: Anywhere in Europe.
