Lash Op Co, LLC dba Performance Beauty Group (PBG) is a Private Equity owned holding company that invests in cosmetic brands with a focus on eye and colour cosmetics. PBG invests in these brands to facilitate their growth in the Direct to Consumer (DTC), Retail and Distributor channels both in the domestic and international markets. As part of that strategy PBG is building out the marketing, operational and supply chain functions of the organization to facilitate fast growth and operational excellence.Role Responsibilities:• Lead the development of the assigned brand and accounts in the international markets.• Build plans to develop and deliver new opportunities for the brand, working collaboratively with the brand to identify and grow opportunities internationally.• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, focusing on building and growing current accounts.• Own the budget process and forecasting updates to the brand teams.• Develop and deliver customer activity (promotions, GWP, sampling etc) to support the growth of accounts, whilst maintaining profitability/P&L’s• Develop and deliver playbooks, which look at forward planning and reviews across all customers.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.• Develop trusted relationships with customers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and be the day-to-day point of contact.• Work collaboratively with the logistics providers to deliver customer requirements.• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Marketing, operations, NPD, Sales teams) to ensure that customer needs are met.• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders• Communicate the needs of the customer to the brand and wider business.• Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales numbers.• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), liaise with Internal stakeholders to ensure the customer expectations are met.• Prepare reports on account status.• Assist with customer requests or issue escalations as needed.• Keeping detailed records of customer transactions and customer meetings• Keep abreast of the trends in the market and use to drive initiatives for customers.• Other responsibilities as defined by the Chief Commercial OfficerExperience / Abilities:• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.• Proven ability to juggle multiple account projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Minimum of 5-years’ experience working in the Beauty industry• Experience in Retail or supplier environments• Experience of working within Omnichannel environments, stores and online Qualifications• Advanced Excel skills• Clear communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate business insights based on analysis.• Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams (Executive, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations)• Experience in syndicated data analysis in the FMCG, CPG and Retail industries a plus• INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – This role demonstrates the ability to understand relationship-orientated aspects of social effectiveness and to operate successfully in a variety of social exchanges.• PRUDENCE – This position must demonstrate a willingness to see the perspective of others and an inherent respect for divergent opinions.• COMPETENCE – The incumbent should demonstrate proficiency in their area of expertise.• DECISION MAKING – This role will be required to display the ability to make good decisions and / or lead a sound decision-making process.• INFLUENCING SKILLS – This Leader will have the ability to successfully inspire peers, subordinates, and managers.Travel and Hours:• This position is a full-time role, Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm• This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with Monday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office.• Limited travel is required with this position.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.• Employees are regularly required to talk or hear.• Employees are frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to reach for items and / or materials.• Employees are occasionally required to lift office products and supplies, up to 7kg.EEO Statement:It is Company policy to provide equal opportunity in employment, development and advancement for all qualified persons without regard to age (40 and over), ancestry, sex/gender (including gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), color, marital status, registered domestic partner status, medical condition, genetic
