Sr. GTM Recruiter, London London Recruiting - Sales Recruiting

As a Sr. GTM Recruiter in our London office, you will partner with our Solutions Engineering, Channel & Marketing Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented sales professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and in hyper-growth - our London office is scaling quickly! This role is vital to support our aggressive growth plans.
Please note that this role is on-site in our London office; there is no opportunity to be remote or hybrid.Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting cycle from source to close for IC & leadership roles across Solutions Engineering, Channel & Marketing.
Strategically and creatively source passive candidates.
Partner with our teams to generate candidate referrals.
Develop relationships with GTM leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.
Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and our different GTM organizations.
Provide top notch candidate experience while as being a trusted internal business partner to our stakeholders.
Work with your RC to manage the interview scheduling.
Track and document candidate communications in ATS - Greenhouse.
Plan and execute sales recruiting events, some travel required.

Requirements
4-7 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: from source to close. Agency or internal experience.
Must have GTM recruiting experience in Solutions Engineering, Channel & Marketing.
Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
Commitment to excellence and top performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel to events and offices across EMEA.
Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, Covey and G-Suite is a plus.
