We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sr. Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our digital communications strategy and execution. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive communications plan that reaches both internal and external audiences. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
External Communications
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Manage all social media channels, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
Write and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and secure positive media coverage.
Partner with other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Internal Communications
Manage the company intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
Develop and deliver engaging internal communications content, such as newsletters, town halls, and employee recognition programs.
Keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
Foster a positive and productive company culture through effective communication.
Measurement & Analysis
Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing and communications activities using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate reports and insights to inform future campaigns and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Benefits
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to track and report on KPIs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
