As a Sr. Data Management Engineer you will be responsible for all data management needs for Pro Archive and Enterprise Archive for clients. Implemented as Customer Data Services, Data Migration Services, Data Engineering Services, and eDiscovery Services. You will assist other internal teams with presales functions like sales engineering, scoping, etc. to reduce delays and provide clients with a successful engagement.Design, implement, and maintain legacy data migration solutions, tools, and other automation required to build and manage the data migration and data engineering components of Smarsh's Data Management Programme.

Develop and Execute Project Plans
Participate in peer reviews
Source code version control
What will you bring?
Systems and Solution Architecture Experience
Compliance Archiving Experience
Strong coding background in Java
Fluency in Linux and Windows operating systems
Software Development fundamentals for architecting and driving Data Management projects
Practicing strong software hygiene, including version control, dependency management, unit testing, and deployment strategies
Diligent documentation habits
Ability to design and roadmap productized code
The ability to prioritise activities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
