business unit within Honeywell that is poised for expansive growth. As an
Account Manager with SST, you'll be part of an elite team shaping the future of
advanced sensing and hazard detection technologies across a diverse range of
industries. Your work will support pivotal SST endeavors such as enhancing
healthcare accessibility, enabling more agile supply chains, and developing
electrification solutions. With SST, you’re contributing to a legacy of excellence
and innovation that keeps critical operations safe and productive, from
semiconductor fabs to the factory floor. If you are interested in selling a
better tomorrow, SST is the right fit for you. Application Engineer is responsible for creating multiple
business opportunity by identifying new application keeping the existing
product and technology at its core. This includes creating a right product
pipeline in working with external customer, Product manager and Engineering
team in Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS). Duties include liaising with
various stakeholders, build NPI pipeline, prioritize the NPI pipeline having
biggest business impact and create a healthy project delivery with maximum ROI.
This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional
team like Product Manager, Engineering team, and various vendors for as
required for quick prototype. The activities would focus on ideation to NPI
conversion and customer requirement into product requirement followed by
technical delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the measurement & control NPI metrics.
For example, NPI pipeline, ROI of launch NPI, Product delivery cycleCreating new application keeping the existing product
technology at its core Gathering and prioritizing product and customer
requirements Defining the product vision, and working closely with
product manager, Customer, and engineering to deliver winning products Ensure the deliverable timeline are realistic and
aggressive Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of
designated area Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality,
Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with
customer and Business growth Follow Leadership Standard Work Review delivery process for the projects Participate in Customer complaints and root cause
analysis WHAT WOULD SUCCESS LOOK LIKE Number of new solutions created solving customer problem
thereby creating revenue keeping existing technology at its core Enable sales, increase in revenue for the existing product
in working with Product manager, sales, and customer Be a technical focal point for the external customer, and
be a voice of customer for internal Engineering during product
improvement Ideation to NPI pipeline conversion YOU MUST HAVE Strong understanding of Safety and Productivity Solutions,
mainly SNESORS but also Electrical Safety & AIDC products. Excellent communication Skills Techno commercial, customer savvy turning existing
