They aggressively track our client’s customer journeys by defining and executing data strategies derived to enable growth through the use of customer shopping behavior, needs, intents, and responses. In addition, the team supports advanced analytics and hypothesis-driven approaches that quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights in a fast-moving and energizing environment.The ideal candidate is detail oriented with the ability to quickly understand complex situations, manage multiple urgent tasks, and communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect.This position is remote with EST hours. Ideally candidates located in client’s Analytics Hubs (Boston, New York City, Chicago, or Rhode Island) preferred for Hybrid remote.Please Note: This is a W2 role, no C2COne of the many projects you could be working on:Leading the development and implementation of our Omnichannel Data StrategyRethinking and revitalizing our Self-Service reporting ecosystemWork closely with our Marketing, Merchandising and Loyalty partners to inform growth strategy through analytics – e.g., customer segmentation, test design, forecasting, what-if scenarios, and more.Be data curious, exploring new data that can help enhance our understanding of our consumers today.What we’re looking for from you:You are a problem-solver at heart. You attack complex problems with techniques rooted in statistics and logic, and have a comfort translating technical analytics problems into simple business solutions.You have a proven track record of leveraging data to influence cross-functional stakeholders, partners, and leadership to drive decisionsYou can clearly articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful mannerEntrepreneurial with ability to work in a climate of ambiguity and deliver in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications3 – 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analytics, driving high impact analysis with a track record of delivering insights and business resultsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etcProven experience with SQL and other data manipulation tools such as Python, R and suchExcellent communication and presentation skills; business acumen and a strong understanding of how data can be used to solve business problemsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills; self starter – ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsAdaptable and ability to thrive in fast-paced work environmentAbility supportingmultiple work streams and working with multiple business stakeholders to influence decision-makingPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a retail/omnichannel teamExperience with wide variety of Advanced Analytics techniquesFamiliarity with multiple data platforms including clouding base and terabyte level databaseExperience with Snowflake,ThoughtspotEducationBachelor’s degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.Master’s degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.Compensation Range: $85-107K DOEThe range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
