Sportsbook Promotions Executive

To assist the Sports Promotions team and wider Sportsbook/Trading teams with the Betfred promotional roadmap strategy for promotional campaigns.Responsibilities·To help with the creation, implementation, fulfilment, and analysis of all sports promotions.·Play a pivotal role in reporting and conducting related analysis on sportsbook performance.·Serve as a point of contact between key internal departments, ensuring accurate representation of Sportsbook across Betfred's digital channels and press campaigns.·Represent Sportsbook in meetings across various departments.·Work closely with CRM and Marketing as a point of sign-off for Sportsbook outbound communications, with emphasis being placed on the accurate and intuitive detailing of sports propositions to our customer base.·Collaborate with representatives of other products to deliver cross-sell promotions to customers.·Collaborate with the Digital Content team to ensure accurate presentation of sports markets and promotions on the website.·Work closely with the Compliance department to create and maintain terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to UKGC/ASA & CAP regulations.·Act as a point of contact between Sportsbook and Customer Services, resolving queries related to promotions, betting markets, or related products.·Assist the team in conducting regular industry-wide competitor analysis on the Sportsbook landscape and make business cases for the introduction of new promotional or product concepts.·Frequently presenting innovative new ideas to improve our Sportsbook offering.·Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for Sharp Platform releases.Skills & Experience·Well varied sporting knowledge and a keen interest in sports betting.·Confident in working with data, with experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. ·
