About the Sports Graduate position:

Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sport graduates and coaches to work in secondary schools in Southampton. This is to cover PE lessons, on either a short term or long term basis. Full guidance and support is provided from Prospero's Training and Development team.

• Ideal for recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.
• No experience needed, just a can-do attitude
• Full support and guidance from Prospero's Training and Development Team.
• Access to additional courses, live webinars and 1-1 coaching
• A stepping stone to salaried routes to obtain qualified teacher status. No tuition fees.

Contract details for the Sports Graduate:

• Location - Southampton
• Position - Sports Graduate/Coach
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract type - Long term and short term placements.
• Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
• Full time/part time - Full-Time / Part-Time
• Minimum rate of pay - �90 per day

To be eligible the Sports Graduate must have/be:

• Highly motivated and focused on achieving the best for every student.
• A positive attitude and desire to maintain current standards and raise attainment across the school.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm.
• The ability to engage and motivate students whilst making learning fun.
• Excellent communication skills.
