You have the opportunity to work on delivering short-form and long-form content for the
Paris 2024 Summer Olympics .
The Sports Coordinator team at Warner Bros. Discovery works across multiple feeds transmitted to the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The main purpose of the role is to screen and prepare programme material for on-air transmission.
Working within the Network Origination Services you will be responsible for ensuring all short form material across multiple Eurosport markets is processed and prepare for On Air within set deadlines.
There will also be scope for editing Olympic highlight packages during the games.
Main duties and responsibilities:
with Inventory Planning and Marketing teams in Nordic territories to co-ordinate the delivery of all commercial, promo and airlook material required for transmission in a complaint and timely manner.
with schedulers across Nordic territories to ensure their requirements and needs are satisfied.
Create engaging highlight packages for the Paris Olympic games within tight turnarounds.
Maintain good knowledge of sports, live specific rights and compliance regulations
Requirements:
knowledge of broadcast TV and terminology is a must.
literate with good knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
knowledge and understanding of Broadcast regulators
communication skills.
attention to details and ability to work to deadlines.
to work independently as well as part of a team.
language skills are an advantage but not essential.
