The Role
We are looking to recruit a Specialist Support Coordinator to join our Specialist Support Team to support customers with additional needs to maintain their tenancies. You will be responsible for providing outcome driven, preventative services. You will work closely with internal and external teams, agencies and third-party service providers to ensure customers are able to access these services.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
To set up customer support package for customers to help support in maintaining their tenancies.
Working with customers with mental health needs that require support.
Signpost to a range of support services following an assessment on the needs of the household.
To evidence the impact of support for customers.
