Industry leading bonus/commission scheme24 days holiday (plus all public holidays)The roleAdvising on the end-to-end process of property finance needed by our clients whether it be bridging finance, a second charge mortgage, a development project or a commercial mortgageLiaise with 3 rd
parties (valuers, solicitors etc.) on behalf of the client/lenderResolve complex situationsKey responsibilitiesGenerating new business relationships with introducers throughout the UK via the telephone/social media/face to face meetingsBe responsible for handling new business enquiries as they come into the businessPlacing new business into the market once assessedExplain the range of financial services provided by the company, the benefits and positive impacts to clients in line with their financial requirementsEffectively manage your diary and pipeline of clientsManage cases from enquiry to completion in a timely mannerSpot market gaps and fill these with new product launches by contacting your introducers and educating them on changes in the market. This will aid them in spotting referral opportunities with their clientsUse experience, tenacity and resilience to ensure that targets are met and exceededBuild rapport with new clients, and keep rapport with existing clientsMaintain records in accordance with the FCA requirementsSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Second Charge or Bridging Finance (1 year for the right candidate)Experience in seeing a bridging transaction through from start to completionGood communication and listening skillsDrive and ambition to keep developing, this job is designed reward hard work and progress the successful applicants financial services careerThe ability to explain complex information clearly and simplyHonest and trustworthy attitudeAn interest in legal and financial matters
