Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed.Title: Specialist Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse - Wellbeing ServicesLocation: Sydenham, SE LondonHours: 0.8 WTE / 30.0 hours per week (part time)Salary: £32,560 - £38,443.20 p.a. inclusive of HCAFounded in 1967, St Christopher's pioneered the modern hospice movement and is internationally renowned as a centre of innovation and expertise in the field of palliative care.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse to join our Rehab and Wellbeing team.In this new role, the successful candidate will lead in the operational delivery of the wellbeing services for patients and their carers. The role involves the provision and delivery of specialist wellbeing services with a focus on Rehabilitative Palliative Care to optimise independence and make a significant difference to their quality of life. Working closely with the Clinical Team Lead for Rehab and Wellbeing, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of our Wellbeing services.
