The role involves the provision and delivery of specialist wellbeing services with a focus on Rehabilitative Palliative Care to optimise independence and make a significant difference to their quality of life. Working closely with the Clinical Team Lead for Rehab and Wellbeing, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of our Wellbeing services.
