SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary SEN School – Full time)
Merton, South West London
£400 - £450 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

 

The School and Role

The schools mission is to inspire learners is realised by teachers, teaching assistants and support staff across the Primary School both of which are equipped with specialist equipment and facilities appropriate to the age range. To ensure that the needs of every child and young person are met, classes are small and systems and teamwork are strong and robust throughout the school.

Pupils flourish in the dedicated facilities and alongside strong professional teams, this enables the school to  achieve their mission and trail blaze holistic learning.  From bright, spacious classrooms, fully equipped indoor and outdoor play areas, to hydrotherapy pools and purpose built dance studio, learners are provided with the opportunity to explore their talents and shine in areas that they most enjoy.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience working within Special Needs Schools

-          A passion for the progress of Primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Proactive, Engaging, passionate approach to working with SEN pupils
