We are seeking an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant for a part-time position in a Bradford school, catering to children aged 2 to 19 across various classroom settings from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in schools with SEN students or relevant transferable skills.
• Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage children with challenging behaviours.
• Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
• Effective management of behaviour and establishment of positive learning relationships with SEN students.
• Experience working with small groups and providing 1:1 support.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
• Willingness to undergo required training.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
• Team player mentality.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
