South Croydon (Primary Site) & South Norwood (Secondary Site)

Daily Rate:
Competitive and variable based on experience and qualifications

Duration:
Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
This is your chance to support and empower young individuals aged 5 to 19 facing challenges related to Autism Spectrum Conditions and Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs.
Your Role In A Nutshell:
Foster resilient and confident learners
Strategize to avoid sensory triggers
Safeguard welfare and personal development
Address key issues impacting attendance and engagement
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership skills
Experience in SEN settings (ASC and SEMH)
Knowledge of behavior management and safeguarding
Familiarity with legislation and reporting systems
Effective communication and reporting skills
