Job Title: Trainee Special Educational Needs (SEN) Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom

Salary: �23,500 per annum, with an OTE of �35,000 in the first year

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Trainee SEN Recruitment Consultant to join one of the highest performing teams in the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates for SEN roles within the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to understand the unique needs of candidates and match them with suitable positions.
  • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  • Stay updated on changes and developments within the education and SEN sectors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working in the education sector, particularly with special educational needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Resilience and determination to achieve targets.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or education is a plus but not mandatory.
