Our client is a leading Infrastructure Investment manager. They are now looking for a Spanish speaking Investment Analyst & Associate to join their asset management team in London. In this role, you will work closely with the asset management team on oversight and optimization of the infrastructure investments across Europe.Responsibilities:Monitoring asset performance and preparing quarterly portfolio reportsFinancial modeling and analysis on new investment opportunitiesSupporting asset management plans and value creation initiativesConducting market research and benchmarking analysisPreparing materials for investor reporting and complianceCandidate Requirements: 2-3 year’s experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting or asset management within the infrastructure sector.Strong financial modelling abilities and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely.Interest in ESG factors and sustainabilityOur client, a leading real estate private equity fund with a global reach, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical German speaking Analyst with a passion for real estate to join their team.
