We are now looking for motivated and outstanding Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team at The Langley Hotel & Spa, a Luxury Collection Hotel by Marriott.
The Langley Hotel opened its doors on 1st June 2019, following an extensive six-year renovation. Working alongside the award-winning Dennis Irvine Studio, the multi-million-pound renovation has transformed the historic Grade II-listed Langley Park House from a dilapidated former private home into a majestic countryside icon, and a hotel that encompasses the modern sensibilities and aspirations of the modern traveller.
Job Role:
We are looking for a Full- Time Spa Therapists with a minimum of 2 years experience within a five-star environment.
You will work with some of the very best skincare brands to provide our guests with exceptional service, luxurious treatments and lifestyle advice. In addition to the core spa offering, the spa features 2 hammams.
We are seeking reliable, organised and motivated individuals with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for customer service and excellence who are able to work shifts with the maximum flexibility.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for passionate therapists. In addition to base pay there is commission pay on treatments and retail.
General Duties will include:
To carry out treatments as per the trained protocol, with care and thoughtfulness and to the highest of standards
Carefully managing stock usage and minimise wastage
Record appropriate client information on Premier Core
Proactively sell spa retail and recommend further treatments, driving sales in all areas of the business
Ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times, following health and safety regulations
The successful candidate should ideally have:
Experience of working in a similar business
A passion for customer service excellence
Beauty Therapy qualification NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Exceptional treatment standards
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable, efficient and proactive
Keen for personal development and learning
To be able to work shifts with flexibility as and when necessary
