Ballerz Clubhouse is Farnham's go to competitive socialising venue!

An independently run venue with a premier bar experience, American street food and competitive twist!

We're looking for a Part Time Sous Chef to join our team on Fridays' & Saturday's. The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Chef de Cuisine in the operation of ‘Patty Shack’ our Street Food Kitchen at Ballerz Clubhouse, ensuring our guests have a tee-rific dining experience.

As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our street food menu, collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine of ‘Patty Shack’ & the Directors of Ballerz Clubhouse. You will enforce high food safety and hygiene standards, leverage your previous kitchen experience to maintain exemplary service in a busy, high-pressure environment.

So, What are we looking for?

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role, within a high volume, experiential / hospitality led quality venue.

- The ability to work the following hours;

Friday's: 5pm - 11pm

Saturday's: 1pm - 11pm

- Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to multitask in a high volume environment.
