During events at the Arts Centre, we are a very busy establishmentTo ably assist & deputise for the Head Chef in his absenceStock reconciliation & orderingGood understanding of allergens and risk of cross contaminationGood adherence to recipe cardsThe ability to work well as part of a team and to organise & motivate in Head Chef's absenceNext term dates are:Summer term - Ends 29 June 2024Autumn term - 19 September 2024 to 7 December 2024Spring term - 6 January 2025 to 15 March 2025QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.Additional InformationBenugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
