Responsibilities in your new role as a Sous Chef

* Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve the kitchen's vision and standards.

* Help in developing menus.

* Supervise daily kitchen operations.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and company standards.

* Aid in recruiting, training, and developing kitchen team members.

* Conduct regular quality checks to maintain food quality and presentation.

* Implement efficient systems for inventory management, waste reduction, and cost control.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Sous Chef role. You should be a good communicator with a passion for hospitality and providing fantastic service. Ambition for success is key as well as being a good team player.
