We are offering you the opportunity to work for a leading independent boarding school set in a fabulous rural location on the edge of a historic market town.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with flair and passion for food to join our expanding Catering and Hospitality Team who can deliver an excellent dining experience. You will support the Head Chef and Executive Chef in leading, developing and motivating the Team and have drive to make innovative improvements.

You will have:
Level 3 food safety qualification (or working towards)
Have a proven track record of leading a team in a busy catering environment
A high level of culinary skill and fine dining experience
A hands on approach
Experience of managing all aspects of food hygiene and health and safety
A strong understanding of allergen procedures
Excellent communication skills
