Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Stamford for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel & Restaurant. As part of a hard working brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for guests for the restaurant which is cooking to AA rosette levels.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Preparing and plating meals for restaurant
Strong Management skills

The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie wanting to move up
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working in a busy hotel Kitchen
Good attention to detail
