Sous Chefs - Multiple roles in St Albans, Watford, Bushey

Experienced and talented Sous Chefs required to join a large team to run the kitchen for the restaurant, meals are different international cuisine so there must have previous experience of leading, motivating and developing a large team of chefs and be ready to take on the challenge of running a busy kitchen operation

Ideally NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
Strong leadership, motivational and teamwork skills
Planning and Time Management
A flexible attitude
Experience in all relative disciplines
Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English language
Artistic abilities
Desirable:
Departmental training experience
Computer literacy
NVQ Level 3
