Job Description
We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at The Royal Ballet School.
A shuttle bus service is provided to take all employees to and from The Royal Ballet School from Richmond station and a taxi service is provided for staff during events.
*If successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check*
This will be a 46-week contract, working 5 over 7 days 40 hours per week. Additional overtime paid for hospitality & events.
The working shifts pattern that we work on the rotas are as per following:
6am to 2.30pm
8am to 4.30pm
10am to 6.30pm
11am to 7.30pm
Key responsibilities
To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
