Sous Chef - �30,000 per annum



Full time position working 42.5 hours per week on a Rota basis.



Location: Worcester, UK



Are you a talented and passionate Sous Chef looking to join a dynamic culinary team at a prestigious hotel in Worcester? Our client is seeking a creative and dedicated individual to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to their guests.



The Role:




  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.

  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

  • Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

  • Culinary qualifications or relevant training.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
