Tonic are supporting our client in sourcing a Sous Chef for their exciting and forward-thinking hotel. The business has built a fantastic reputation and offers an incredible dining experience to its loyal clientele. As Sous Chef you will lead and develop the team on-site, with autonomy to introduce new ideas and dishes to the menu each season. As a key element of the brigade you will support the michelin star restaurant as well as high end banqueting and other food outlets.
What our client is looking for in Sous Chef applicants:
2 years previous experience as Sous Chef at three rosette or michelin level
Clear stable progression with loyalty shown to previous employers
Display a real passion for food and innovation
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
First-class knowledge of health and safety legislation
