The Successful Sous Chef will:

• Previous experience in a Michelin or AA Rosette environment
• Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Highly organised, passionate, and self-motivated
• Strong attention for detail
• Experience in Michelin or 4AA rosette Locations ideally in a hotel environment.
