I'm working with a reliable pub group known for their excellent pubs in fabulous locations around the UK. Join the team and have your input on specials. This is a stunning, large pub with rooms, they have a solid reputation and following for their food.
The site is part of a strong and stable group with support from operations managers and executive chefs. They are quite seasonal and use lots of local produce including fresh fish. You can expect covers up to 350 in the summer so high volume experience is essential.
This is a great job and would suit someone with a background in large fresh food gastropubs.
