You should have worked with all fresh food ideally in a busy rosette/fresh food environment and must have worked in a busy kitchen environment.

Our client is a popular destination food led pub with an excellent reputation set in a village in the picturesque Hope Valley Derbyshire

They are looking for an experiencedSous chefto come on board and join their brigade of 5. This busy foodie pub prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local Derbyshire produce. The gastro has won many awards and currently holds a rosette.

You will be a great all-rounder capable of running sections within the kitchen. Above all you must be able to step up to the mark and run this busy kitchen on the chefs days off. This is a very busy gastro catering up to 150 covers a day but not compromising on quality. You will lead the brigade by example this role is very hands on.

ThisSous chef positionwill suit an experienced Jnr Sous/Sous chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This Derbyshire gastro has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond. The establishment uses all local Derbyshire suppliers and is very proud of this fact. To re literate this fact they produce a daily menu which utilities the best produce available depending on availability and seasonality.

The successful candidate will have the passion and desire to achieve in this industry. Our client is looking for anexperienced Jnr Sous or Sous chef.
