Sourcing Manager / Sittingbourne / Hybrid My client, a global leader in retail fixtures and fittings are currently hiring for a Sourcing Manager to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to drive the sourcing process and ensure the supply chain is fully developed to meet the business requirements. This is done by achieving market rates and considering costs of purchases at the same time as being responsible in ethical trading. Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the supply chain and ensure competitive market rates and the best quality across all commoditiesWork with supply partners and build relationshipsWork with internal teams to deliver robust supply plans for projectsWorking in both European and Asian marketsSourcing of componentsNegotiate contracts and prices with suppliers Essential Skills & ExperienceEducated to a relevant degree such as business or procurementExperience in a direct comparable role in the same industryGood negotiation skillsSupplier auditing experiencePersonable with the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writingWilling to travel PackageHybrid workingTravel insurancePrivate medical25 days holiday + bank holidaysOn site gymFlexible working scheme Sourcing Manager / Sittingbourne / Hybrid
