Sourcing and Selection Specialist

A fantastic opportunity has been created for an experienced Sourcing and Selection Specialist to join our hub firms within the Lawfront group, and our law firms in Manchester and the Northwest.
Our successful candidate will have experience of talent sourcing, specifically completing the research (inclusive of talent mapping) and making the initial approaches to both active and passive candidates, required to build an impressive pipeline of talent. They will know where to find the talent we need and be capable of successfully engaging prospective applicants.
They will also be responsible for the selection process, delivering a superior candidate experience guiding them through the selection process. The successful incumbent will work in partnership with the Hiring Manager and drive a process which is inclusive, robust, and timely. To achieve this an understanding of professional/legal services and established networks will be important. Previous experience agency side would also be advantageous.
Our successful candidate will have experience of developing campaigns with high impact to the market and that attract a diverse range of candidates and skill sets. They will be skilled at designing assessment centres, and competency and behavioural exercises that bring rigour and drive inclusivity to the process.
