Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 plus tips

The Perfect Sommelier:
Minimum WSET level 2 is essential – ideally WSET level 3
Sake experience will be a big advantage
Will come from a premium background

Genuinely enjoys working with others and the general public
Confident individual who has a sincere passion for the wine world
