Role: Solutions Manager Location: Northamptonshire Salary: £45-55,000 per annum plus competitive benefits. Our exclusive client is a market leader in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Managing the solution process from start to end Technical design knowledge Analysing flow data Involvement in bids and the sales cycle A consultative and strategic approach with customers Strong communication skills A real team player This role would be a good opportunity for someone who has come from a Manufacturing design background or a Project Manager who would like to step into a Solutions Manager role.
