Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities
Work independently and lead on pre-sales activities which includes:
Understand customer IT infrastructure, Security/Operation flow and project requirements;
Strategic Solution selling;
Solution Presentation;
Solution Demonstration and Proof of Concept;
Business Solution Proposal;
Project Specification Preparation
Qualify and close sales opportunities
Act as main liaison between Sales and Technical team;
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
Assist, sourcing, and provide suggestion in the design of custom-made solutions;
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
Requirement
Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience and exposure on Wireless, Satellite Services / LAN services / Digitalization transformation / Cloud services / Cyber Security services / Networking services
Holder of Cisco certification / Exposure of Cisco products is an advantage
Good contact with principle, local distributors and systems integrator
Experience in system integration project will be an advantage
Sufficient engineering knowledge and passion for IT & Technology with business mind
Aptitude for learning product technologies
Keen self-learner in understanding the products, solutions, and project matters
Good verbal, written communications skills in English
Willing to travel
