Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solutions Consultant / Technical Pre Sales. The Solutions Consultant / Technical Pre Sales will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to clients, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and assisting with the sales process. The Solutions Consultant / Technical Pre Sales will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions, and will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information to develop customized solutions for clients.
Qualifications
Strong technical background with a focus on software solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel for site visits across UK, Europe and USA and even further afield should the opportunity arise
Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience in the logistics industry or in a software solutions company a benefit
Willingness to travel as needed
Role has flexibility to be full or part time (30 hours - 37.5 hours per week)
