Your new role
Our Public Sector client is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the identification and procurement of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets our organisational needs and integrates seamlessly with our existing IT infrastructure.
The key responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough analysis of our current processes and systems to determine CRM requirements.
Research and evaluate potential CRM solutions in the market.
Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather detailed requirements.
Develop a procurement strategy that aligns with public sector regulations and standards.
Lead the CRM system implementation project, including configuration, customisation, and deployment.
Ensure the new CRM system integrates with existing applications and data sources.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in the public sector.
