The Global Digital Workplace team is a global team that supports the end-user technology needs of our internal employees around the globe. This role has a responsibility to innovate, design, architect, and engineer a world class experience of our user base.The Solutions Architect will be a member of a group of architects and engineers that are setting standards, designing, implementing, and operating new technologies to both support and modernise our Digital Workplace for our employees. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills that has performed in an architecture role and can help drive standards, processes, and controls in an extremely fast paced environment.The successful candidate will make recommendations and implement strategic solutions, solve key business problems, enhance operational business monitoring, and support our Digital Workplace strategy.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and manage solutions using Intune, Azure, and JAMF.Design, implement and manage Active Directory (Azure) and Okta SSO/Device Trust.Drive the evaluation, selection, and adoption of generative AI productivity tools such as Copilot, M365 Copilot and Enterprise ChatGPT.Develop end to end provisioning processes in SCCM to include OS images, software deployment, and patchingRelationshipsBuild influential relationships with various business units across the globe.Have a “credible presence” with Experian Senior and Executive LeadershipDevelop and maintain relationships with Senior Leadership of managed vendors.QualificationsRequired skills and abilities:Demonstrable experience working in a similar Solution Architect position with a focus on digital workplace/EUC projects.Endpoint management experience & associated tools such as Intune, Azure , SCCM, JAM & migrating endpoint systems.Virtualization experience with VMware, ESX, Citrix, Horizon,Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.Experian's culture and people are key differentiators.
